Meet the EXTRA Team
THAMES CRANZ
Creative Director
Thames is the Creative Director at EXTRA and helps our team develop compelling visual narratives to showcase our clients’ brands. She is a fourth-year student studying Advertising with a minor in Art Studio.
When she’s not working, Thames loves pop culture, laughing with her friends, puppy breath, and the smell of fall. Thames’ pet peeves include cockroaches, reading board game instructions, and yucking someone’s yum.
SARA JANE CLARK
Social Media Director
Sara Jane is EXTRA’s go-to Social Media Assistant. She helps curate, design, and schedule posts that spark engagement and keep our clients’ brands shining. As a fourth-year advertising student, she brings strategy and creativity to every campaign.
When she’s not in the office queuing up content or making sure posts go live, you can probably find Sara Jane sipping on an iced coffee from Walker’s, rewatching Gilmore Girls, or singing along to the 30+ concerts she has attended (ranging from Morgan Wallen to Panic! at the Disco)!
ALAN JIMENEZ
Director of Copy
Alan is a fourth-year Advertising major focused on writing with clarity, creativity, and impact. As EXTRA’s copywriter, he brings personality, clarity, and creativity to every project, whether it’s headlines, campaigns, or content strategy.
A true SoCal native (Los Angeles, to be exact), Alan’s passions range from matcha and Sonny Angels to thrifting and collecting stickers. Just don’t come around with burned espresso shots or mention Depop resellers. With Omar Apollo always on the playlist, Alan inspires and energizes the team.
JAKE WESTING
Account Manager
Jake is a third-year Marketing major with a certificate in New Media. As EXTRA’s Account Manager, Jake helps keep us organized and in communication with our notable clients.
In his free time, Jake enjoys going for runs, taking cool photos, and playing Apex Legends. Just don’t ask him to spend money and deal with flash drive corruptions, and Jake will be happy.
EMMA GRACE RICHARDSON
Account Manager
Emma is a second-year advertising student with a business minor. She brings fresh energy and fresh ideas to EXTRA! As an Account Management Intern, she is eager to learn the ins and outs of client work while adding her own creative perspective.
Outside of class and agency life, Emma loves making art, spending time at the beach, and fueling up on caffeine for her next binge-worthy show. Over the summer, she picked up a new hobby, creating seashell jewelry!
EMMA LOVELL
Graphic Designer
Emma is the Graphic Design Intern, specializing in creating unique and fun designs and visuals for EXTRA. She is a third-year student studying advertising with a minor in Japanese and fashion merchandising.
Emma loves eating cheesecake, designing cards, and watching Arrested Development and Miffy. She is very passionate about disliking the 1972 Yoko Ono Mike Douglas Show Incident.
CAITLYN McMULLEN
Copywriter
Caitlyn is a third-year Advertising major with minors in Law, Business, and Criminal Justice. She brings both creativity and a sharp perspective to her role as a Copywriter Intern at EXTRA. She’s passionate about using words to tell stories, shape ideas, and connect meaningfully with audiences.
Outside of her work, Caitlyn enjoys long walks, beach days, musicals, and the occasional shrimp taco before braving a rollercoaster. Just don’t ask her to sit through a horror movie or have her deal with loud chewing.
ANNABELLE PAYNE
Business Development and Account Manager
Annabelle is a second-year Public Relations major who brings energy and enthusiasm to her role as EXTRA’s New Business Development Intern. She is passionate about building relationships, exploring creative opportunities, and finding ways to help the agency grow.
When she’s not diving into PR, you’ll probably find Annabelle running, reading, or crafting the perfect Instagram post (ideally with a burrito). A true UGA fan and podcast lover, she also has a hidden talent… knowing every single word to Hamilton!
ELLA MAGDA
Social Media Specialist
Ella is the EXTRA Social Media Intern who helps us design creative posts to enhance our clients’ social media accounts. She is a second-year student majoring in Advertising with a minor in Fashion Merchandising.
You can find Ella at Chick-fil-A, jamming to Taylor Swift, making jewelry, and shopping at T.J. Maxx. You won’t see her eating mashed potatoes, running, or playing with cats.
NYLA WARBURTON
Web Developer
Nyla is EXTRA’s web developer intern. With a sharp eye for design and detail, she helps bring digital ideas to life. As a fourth-year advertising major with a Spanish minor, she blends creativity and technical skills to keep projects running smoothly.
Outside work, Nyla enjoys slow walks, painting her nails, making the perfect cup of chai, and diving into Twilight. But if you find her on campus, don’t walk too fast!
